- Enter the appropriate key words while storing the document, so that viewing on the basis of key words is easy.
- You can define upto 10 properties for a document as you wish.. The properties could be the file type, original or revised, date of submission etc.. These are some sample properties.. But they can be defined as per your choice.
- View the document on any criteria or combination of criteria ( like Document Stored Date, Name of Document, Keywords, Folder or Sub folder etc..)
- You can name the document as per your choice
- Edit / Delete the stored document
- Provision for storing more than one image of a document ( if the document is in 4 pages, there may be 4 images for a single document. All the 4 images can be attached to a file)
- The same application can be modified as a multi user , web based program and can be accessed by any user of the Company. ( Making it a full Document Management System or File Management System)
